We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
All shipping timeframes below are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak periods.

We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing Times

  • All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Please note: Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Within Australia

We offer Australia-wide delivery using trusted, trackable courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be automatically applied when eligible.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can use this link to follow your parcel's journey at any time.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • Your order details

We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your parcel is lost by the carrier, we will work with the courier to locate it or arrange a suitable outcome.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, and cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
